BLOCKCHAIN EVOLUTION BECOMES INDEPENDENT REPORTING COMPANY
Toronto, Ontario, September 11, 2017 – Blockchain Evolution Inc (“Blockchain Evolution or the Company") announces that the plan of arrangement with its former parent company, GreenBank Capital Inc (“GreenBank”) has been completed, and Blockchain Evolution Inc has become a reporting issuer in Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta. GreenBank now has a 15% shareholding interest in Blockchain Evolution Inc.
Blockchain Evolution was founded to acquire all rights, title and interest to the world’s first identification based blockchain. The Company will now focus on expanding the customer base of its identification based blockchain. Blockchain Evolution’s current sole customer is the GreenCoinX cryptocurrency ecosystem, and as an independent company it intends to offer its services to third party customers.
The Company anticipates that additional capital will be required to commence a marketing campaign to offer its services, and intends to raise funds from the equity markets, subject to market conditions prevailing at the time. There is no guarantee that such funds will be available, and if available will be on terms acceptable to the Company. In due course, the Company intends to apply for listing its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange, although there is no guarantee that such application will be approved.
